Sr. Account Manager

Job Description: Exhibitpro is seeking an incredibly talented Sr. Account Manager to help us in our continued growth by supporting our growing number of program clients. Exhibitpro has doubled our growth in the last three years and has been in business since 1991. This position will provide you the opportunity to be a part of an award-winning team and to manage the relationship with Fortune 500 and 1000 brands across all industries.

Exhibitpro Culture:

This is a full-time position at our corporate office in New Albany, Ohio or regional office in Chicago, Illinois.


  • Ability to manage the relationship with program clients and support their annual event schedule

  • Ability to effectively communicate and work with multiple departments to ensure the success of the client relationship

  • Ability to identify opportunities to grow revenue with program clients through new property or rental exhibits

  • Vast knowledge of partners including, but not limited to, portable/modular displays, lighting, AV, AR/VR, digital, architectural, and more

  • Will possess the ability to lead a creative/strategy meetings with clients to identify their needs and to effectively translate the information into a successful event strategy for the client

  • Ability to present creative and strategic ideas to potential clients in person or over the web

  • Ability to communicate effectively with sales, project management, production teams and clients to ensure designs are built to exceed the client's expectations, with the proper materials, and on budget

  • Ability to determine strategic pricing and ensure we deliver on time and on budget

  • Ability to stay up to date on trends within events, experiential, architectural, lighting, materials, etc through attending shows, conferences, and continued learning opportunities 

What Success Looks Like:

  • The successful candidate will integrate harmoniously with the sales and project management team, and larger Exhibitpro teams. They will be able to jump into projects to aid creative and project management in discussing creative ideas that achieve the client’s objectives

  • They will delight the client in all aspects, leading to client retention and referrals

  • They will identify opportunities to always improving our support to clients

  • They will continue to provide new and innovative ideas as technology and trends change


  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (excel, word, powerpoint, etc.), google suite (gmail, google drive, doc, sheet, etc.), Salesforce/Hubspot

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to travel 25% of the year

  • Aptitude for inside sales

  • Must possess exceptional communication, organizational, and follow up skills - and be able to manage multiple projects, design solutions that exceed expectations, and articulate in a presentation format

  • 5+ years in the exhibit/experiential, or similar industry, in an account/relationship management role

  • Must be willing to work full time out of our New Albany, Ohio HQ, or regional office in Chicago, Illinois

What does the average day look like?

  • Most days will involve interacting with clients to make sure they are happy with the service being provided to them

  • Assisting the client planning and executing their events in line with their company objectives

  • Conducting post-event reviews with clients to discuss what went well and what could be improved for the next event

  • Leading end of year strategy calls with clients to discuss budgets and planning for the upcoming year

  • They will attend meetings with the creative, project management, and production teams to discuss design concepts, revisions, and fabrication details to ensure everything is exactly to the client's expectations

  • Some days may involve walking client teams through the staging of a new exhibit in our studio
