Sr. Account Executive

Exhibitpro, a woman owned custom exhibit house, has an opportunity for an experienced outside sales person to join our team. This is a sales position requiring a passion for identifying new business opportunities and transforming them into long-lasting client relationships. Ideal candidates will build a prospect base for our multiple service offerings, including environments: trade show exhibits, customer proprietary events, and permanent & temporary interiors. They will interface with our award-winning design and engagement team in developing creative winning solutions for our clients. Ultimately, they will maintain and grow these accounts into valuable, long-standing business partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development and Relationship Manager

  • Ability hit quarterly and annual revenue goals

  •  Represent Exhibitpro as a sophisticated face to face marketing partner

  •  Understand our service offering and competitive advantages

  •  Develop relationships, and opportunities in target markets using proven methods

  •  High level communication with client accounts and internal leadership team

  •  Continuously solicit and generate new business opportunities for new customers. Utilize cold calling efforts, networking, on-site selling efforts, follow-up of company leads, etc. to develop, nurture and close new business

  •  Develop an annual and mid-year sales forecast based on historical information, current prospects and knowledge of future account activity. Write a yearly business plan with steps for achieving business goals.

  •  Submit all required reporting tools to management on due dates. Some reports include Weekly Sales Highlights, New Business Development Report, and Aging Reports.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  •  A track record in business-to-business sales

  •  A creative and consultative approach to needs based selling

  •  A proven method for lead generation

  •  Experience in exhibit, interior, environment, or technology sales (strongly preferred)

  •  The desire to be the best in our industry

  •  Familiar with Salesforce

  •  Ability to travel up to 25% of the year

  •  Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years relevant industry experience

  •  Detail Oriented and Competitive

  •  Proactive

  •  Excellent written, verbal communication and collaborative skills

  •  Prior sales experience in agency or exhibit environment with an emphasis on new business development. 3+ years consultative account management experience preferably in custom product/marketing solutions, events, tradeshow or advertising industry.
