Exhibitpro is looking to hire a marketing associate to assist in several areas of marketing. The overall responsibility will be to position Exhibitpro as an industry leader, support the sales team with content, and assist with internal and external events.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Write, edit, and curate blog posts, white papers, issue briefs, sales collateral, sales pitches, op-eds, social media posts, email copy, infographics, press releases, website text, speeches, reports, award submission and other content.

  • Award Submission: submit award consideration to industry publications for design, fabrication, best place to work, etc.

  • Social Media: Manage Social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linkedin) and ensure content is fresh and consistent with brand strategy. Keep our social media up to date with consistent blog posts, images of recent projects, industry knowledge and participation. Continue to grow followers

  • Coordinate internal events for team bonding and holidays

  • Coordinate external events for prospects, and clients to increase new business opportunities. This includes trade shows, client meetings, IMPACT, holiday treats, and more

  • Digital Marketing- assist sales team with email campaigns, creation of marketing automation templates, and more

  • Work within Salesforce and Pardot to ensure correct data entry and contacts are receiving relevant content

  • Keep website up to date with images of projects, content, and implement SEO strategy

  • Manage Google Adwords account and report metrics

  • Collaboration with internal and external subject matter experts to write original content that generated interest and engagement with Exhibitpro, positioning the organization as a thought leader in the exhibit, event, and branded environment industry

  • Internally enforce brand guidelines

  • Keep up to date with competitor marketing tactics

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations are preferred)

  • Experience: 1-3 years (proven internship experience counts as 1 year)

  • Ability to work in teams

  • Proactive and independent. You will be required to come up with an annual marketing plan and to execute those objectives with minimal oversight

  • Ability to collaborate with several different individuals in order to attain all information needed to create content

  • Experience in the trade show, event, or branded environment industry is preferred

  • Design experience is a plus

  • Pardot experience is a plus
