We are seeking a TRADE SHOW COORDINATOR to join the Exhibitpro team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with our Show Service Manager, Project Managers and suppliers to order all trade show services (electrical, carpeting, cleaning, install & dismantle labor, material handling, etc.) on-line or by telephone;

  • Communicate verbally, by email, and by online collaboration software with project managers and salespersons to keep everyone up-to-date on status of shows and events;

  • Reconcile actual show service charges to budget and complete spreadsheets summarizing each event;

  • Create, audit and deploy show books that contain all pertinent information for an onsite install.

  • Assist accounting by providing accurate and timely cost information for customer billing;

  • Interact with our partners, contractors and suppliers by telephone and email regarding orders and services

  • Insure our partners, contractors and suppliers receive timely and accurate information in order optimal project outcomes for our clients

  • Provide telephone support to on-site staff and contractors at shows

  • Schedule and coordinate travel including booking flights and hotel rooms

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience of 2 to 5 years in trade shows and/or events management strongly preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and internet browsers

  • Excellent organization

  • Must be able to prioritize, schedule and stay on track

  • Ability to work within deadlines in fast-paced environment

  • High energy, positive attitude, willingness to pitch in and help others
