Sr. Account Manager

Job Description: Exhibitpro, a woman owned, custom exhibit house, has an opportunity for an experienced account manager to join our sales and client service team. This is a sales and account management position requiring a passion for providing impeccable customer service while managing long lasting client relationships. Ideal candidates will manage national and regional accounts, ensuring their trade show program operates efficiently. They will interface with our award-winning design and engagement team in developing creative winning solutions for our clients. Ultimately, they will maintain and grow these accounts into valuable, long-standing business partnerships. Their job will be to manage existing accounts as well as close new business from leads.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Account Development and Relationship Manager

  • Ability hit quarterly and annual revenue goals

  • Represent Exhibitpro as a sophisticated face to face marketing partner

  • Understand our service offering and competitive advantages

  • Develop relationships and opportunities in target markets using proven methods

  • High level communication with client accounts and internal leadership team

  • Continuously support existing accounts and identify opportunities to expand our service offering. This role will not require proactive sales outreach, but this individual will be responsible for closing new business from leads

  • Develop an annual and mid-year sales forecast based on historical information, current prospects and knowledge of future account activity. Write a yearly business plan with steps for achieving business goals.

  • Submit all required reporting tools to management on due dates. Some reports include Weekly Sales Highlights, New Business Development Report, and Aging Reports.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • A track record in business-to-business sales and account management

  • A creative and proactive approach to provide efficient solutions to assigned accounts

  • Experience in trade show exhibit, interior, environment is required

  • The desire to be the best in our industry

  • Familiar with Salesforce

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the year

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2-4 years relevant industry experience

  • Detail Oriented and Competitive

  • Proactive

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and collaborative skills

  • Prior sales experience in agency or exhibit environment with an emphasis on account management. 3+ years consultative account management experience preferably in custom product/marketing solutions, events, and tradeshow.
