Red Envelope

End of Show Instructions

Please follow the below instructions as failure to do so may result in a delayed return, forced freight or additional charges.

    Contained in the Red Envelope are the bill of lading and shipping labels needed to return your display.

  2. 2

    At the end of your show you'll need to take down and pack up your display. Please re-pack all of the exhibit components as they were packed upon their arrival. This will assist to avoid damage.

    Remove all "old" shipping labels and attach the new ones provided.

  4. 4

    Using the bill of lading provided, you will need to complete the MHA (Material Handling Agreement). Once the MHA is completed you will need to turn it into the show Decorator/Contractor and/or the on-site shipping department.

    Confirm placement of your freight with the Contractor, and move to appropriate area if needed.
